I was away for a while so a few different parcels from different places ended up delivered. Returning home was like Christmas! I'll separate these out into the different parcels for my own sanity.

I've not got a huge amount to say about these - this is the illustrated edition of Fire and Ice (I now just need Forest of Secrets), and the preorder for Thunder and Shadow along with the preorder bonuses of the card and clan logo lanyard. I'll have all these cards one day!

I've gathered a few bits that don't necessarily constitute a full post of their own, so I'll stick them together in one here.
First, this little parcel I received today!

Interesting looking packaging...

You can tell who's in there already! These are 1/20 hand-painted resin customs from PCC Studio in China. I imported these myself rather than going through a middle-man, which is a first for me for custom resin pieces. Since it's drastically cheaper doing it this way, I ordered 5, just in case any faced damage during shipping. I've had some bad luck with damage to resin figures in the past. Luckily they all arrived safe and sound. It's cool to see the variance in hand-painted items like this!

I'm really fond of the one in the middle who is giving the most scathing side-eye!!

Other than these guys, I received this giant sleeping Eevee for Christmas from my mother:

I had mentioned wanting the new sleeping Rockruff, and I think she might have confused the two - not that I mind whatsoever, it's such a sweet present! She's too big to even fit in the lightbox to show you properly. I'm quite particular about the Eevee items that I grab - I have quite a specific taste in Eevee, as with Vulpix and Entei - but she fits into all my preferences. Here she is with the others (she can still barely fit):

Lastly, a friend of mine asked me to source a Sneasler plush as a Christmas gift for someone, and the only place I could find one still in stock was the Korean Pokemon Centre. Since we were ordering from there anyway, I couldn't resist picking up something I've had my eyes on for a very, very long time...

This beautiful 3rd Round Entei! As I mentioned, this is another collection Pokemon that I'm quite particular about. The colours and shapes really have to look perfect to my brain for something to be worth grabbing. For a long time I've seen this 3rd Round plush in other Entei collectors' collections and it has stuck out to me as a perfect Entei. I'm really, really glad to have this guy!

I have a little bit of a mix-and-match bundle to post about today! I have some pieces that arrived from Japan very recently, some from a couple of months ago, and some pieces that I ordered to a friend's house in Germany in October 2022 that they then weren't able to send to me until now!!

One of the last nine items on my "rares" hitlist, this keychain came in a big bundle with a bunch of others, and thankfully still as new with tag intact.

Entei is one of my side collections, and I don't know a lot about the pieces available really. I would assume this is some kind of Get collection candy figure, given that this was one of the ones that came from Germany, but it could be anything!

These rubber stamps were also from Germany. I've never seen them before!

Of course, my reason for picking the bundle up - my boy Chatot was in the lot! This is another thing that I've seen show up very rarely, so I'm very happy to have it, and in brand new condition.

This is one of the aforementioned Get collection candy figures. I own one already, but they're so hard to come by that I just grabbed it as it was 1 euro. It looks very similar to the Tomy Chatot figure, you'd be forgiven for mistaking the two.

Some cheap Zukan figures. Staravia is missing its wings so I'm not really sure what I'm going to do with it yet!

Leaflets of a Get collection and a tomy hanging figures collection. These will be scanned at some point.

This one is also from Germany, but from a separate sller from last month. I own this figure loose, so it's lovely to have it in packaging.

Some new releases! Pokedex charms of Squawkabilly, Wattrel and Kilowattrel.

The medium Rockruff kutakutatatta! He's so big for being a medium size. This is one of my favourite plush series, the Eevee being one of my favourite plushes overall, so I was really excited that Rockruff got one! I can't wait to get hold of the small version, but he was sold out.

The I Choose You! Tomy Wattrel plush. It looks VERY derpy from the front, but I was very happy Wattrel got a plush at all - sometimes the starting birds don't get so lucky.

A few recent cards I hadn't gotten yet. The art rare is INCREDIBLY cute. I'm planning to keep one in my folder and then one in a display on my wall.

I was extremely excited to receive this parcel in from my PO box! It looks like Chatot was pretty excited too, especially given this drawing on the box — check under the cut to see what's inside! (WARNING: PICTURE HEAVY!)

Opening it up... wow! Look at all these beautifully wrapped gifts! 

First things first was this incredible card! It turns out my gifter is none other than nerucake , thank you very very much indeed! This artwork featuring my favourites being little mailbirds is so goshdang adorable! They all look so happy, and the cloud textures are simply stunning. Then, inside was another happy little Chatot! Look how puffy and cute he is. I knew I was in for a treat as soon as I saw this beautiful art :)

Inside was also a little mini-envelope with a bunch of stickers inside! (I accidentally covered Entei's face in this picture, oops.)

Okay, onto the pretty parcels.. what could be in the first one?

First up is this acrylic charm! This is an older charm from the Pokémon Center that I never grabbed. The Chatot in it looks like he's having a blast. It's still sealed and everything, I can't wait to hang it from my board!

Next is this gorgeous Berry Forest pass case!! I love the floral designs of this promotion, you can see the Chatot in the top right. The little button eyes are so cute. 

Next up is a biggun... Timtams!! I've had various friends from Aus but I've never had the opportunity to try Timtams and I was so intrigued I tried one right away. They're a bit like a biscuit we have here called Penguins, but (don't tell anyone else in the UK I said this) much tastier.

Two beautiful trading cards from my wishlist! On the left is the Rockruff character art from a recent set. I could not believe how cute this art was when it came out! And then on the right is a promo Eevee card. Why did I have this one on my wishlist? Well, if you take a look up where Chatot's pointing...

There's a little Chatot up there! I'm so pleased to have both these cards in my collection! There is something just so pretty about the silvery borders of Japanese cards, they're going to look fabulous in my binder.

These are some little handmade clay pins of all my bigger collections. I'm going to admit something: when I opened these up, I absolutely started to tear up. The sheer amount of time and care that must have gone into them, all the fun poses, and the incredibly steady-handed painting... Straight away, these are some of my favourite customs that I own. Thank you so much, Nerucake! 

Some more sweets! Looks like Chatot got to them before I did. I mentioned that I like caramels and toffees, and these are such a treat. I have to admit I laughed out loud when I saw the koalas; a very on-brand sweet!

Saving the largest parcel for last, and here it is! It's this really beautiful Forest Life tshirt from the Pokémon Center! Nerucake did actually guess my size accurately, but this will stay a collection piece. Let's play spot the Chatot on this one:

A neat lot came up for auction of an ex-collector's entire plush collection. It had a few vulpix I wanted and lots of plush my friends wanted for a really decent price, so I put in the minimum bid and somehow got it! There is lots of really cool stuff in here, including some older pokedolls, some walky plush, a lot of kuttaris and vaporeons. I decided to record an unboxing for this bad boy, so here it is :)

A few different bits! The first is a playset figure from the following set. It took a VERY long time to find one loose, but he popped up on the Livejournal! Bottom right is the megablok and three metal tags. I can't find any metal tag set lists including Chatot, so I'm not 100% sure where they're from or if they're faked. 

Buyee had a free international postage coupon, so I got a few things! The little Starly tin is too cute. The big Starly banpresto is also FAR larger than I'd imagined!

In my defense COVID-19 happened and getting things posted from Japan became a pain. :(

This is a picture of stuff on June 6 that had come in pieces for a couple of weeks leading up to it!

Fellow collector Perritbear was kind enough to middleman a loose WCT rockruff for me from US mercari. In the parcel they included a bunch of fun food wrappers that featured rockruff from the Alola era. Also picked up a couple other rockruff figures I needed, and I now officially have all rockruff plush and figures!

Three of the best (in my opinion) chatot plush: of course, the pokedoll, a banpresto keychain and a 5" banpresto plush. The latter of which was an entire can of worms unto itself to achieve. I spotted it in a huge $200+ lot on JP mercari and since I'd been looking for this guy for a while... I just went for it. That's definitely the most I've spent in one go lol. Luckily a lot of other collectors needed other stuff in the lot, so it was worth it! As life so happens though, about a week after, the chatot plush showed up for a really decent price on ebay... That's just how it goes, I guess!

Other than that, there are a couple cheap eevees I found on Y!J and JP mercari. Eevee is a pokemon I love but could never even think about collecting to completion. That being said, in its multitude of plush are some that I personally really love and have kept an eye out for at a good price. Here are three of them: the modern pokedoll, the laying I Love Eievui and a canvas eevee.
